I am currently exhausting all options for a placement in Russia, to teach English in the summer. Am I missing something? Or is there just not a demand for unqualified and inexperienced students to come and teach English in a Russian summer camp? Any advice would be vastly appreciated!

Can't really comment too much on summer camps, but I'd guess the issue may be visa-related. It would probably be too expensive to go through the visa process, and use up a quota spot, for just a three month contract. Most employers expect at least one academic year, to the best of my knowledge.

Plus, some sort of qualification is officially needed for a teacher's visa...
