I don't think the item would be in a dictionary unless it had a history of usage. After all, a dictionary is a compilation of lexical items that are or were in use. Certainly it's not common, but that's due perhaps to the limited range of situations where it would be required. There are many words in English that fall into this category of seldom-used items, but they are still valid. Now people use 'impact' as a verb. I admit it bugged me at first, but I realize that a language is a plastic thing.

The discussion has been plasticed. No offense Lobster. I firsted a student because he yessed me so much. I then me'd a bunch of chips that were certained by another person. Drinks were cupped and no Englishing took place.
