Hi - does anyone have any experience/insight into taking TESOL certification classes in Mexico... in cities such as Oaxaca or similar? I'm trying to do it in a smaller city (not Mexico City.) There are so many programs that any first-hand accounts would be appreciated. I'm considering the SIT TESOL course. Also, I'm not planning on teaching in Mexico, just getting my certificate there due to geographical circumstances. Will getting my certificate in Mexico when I don't plan on teaching there be an issue in getting a job going forward?
