I basically only ever use tefl.com (for anyone who's never used it, it's a pretty nice website, British-based so it has a lot of UK/Europe jobs generally, but I've gotten a job in Vietnam through it as well), but I'm wondering what other people's internet-based vacancy finding resources are.

It will likely vary on the country(ies) one is interested in. What're your interests?

Dave's. I used to use tefl.com more, but it seems like there are more and more recruiters there.

Haha, yeah, Dave's obviously.

Re: countries, I'm almost 100% not bothered when I'm jobsearching. I'm interested in other people's 'general TEFL' go-to places when they're feeling like they want a change of scene, although it'd be interesting to hear if they're biased towards certain areas or whatever.

also eslbase.com - as well as ads, it features schools in each country so you can consider contacting them directly.
