I have 1 day before i go home to the Uk and my contract ended yesterday. My manager paid me for the month and a half at the end of the contact but she said she forgot about the flight reimbursment of 5000 RMB. She told me she would get it to me by today or tomorrow at the latest but is there any legal standings i have if she refuses to give up the cash?
I still have the signed contract wityh both signatures and goverment stamp on them |
