Hi I have windows 7, using internet explorer and resized my photos pixels and amount between 3-4 kbs it still refuses to let me upload my photo. I also enabled all the scripting. Any tips?

If I can't figure it out I will have longer to wait because I will have to pay an agent to do the visa junk.

Mushakil, if you do an Internet search on enjaz saudi photo problem, you'll find some solutions to this problem. Whether they actually fix the issue or not, well...

I have already troubled shooted using the british expat forums. Even gone to the library to use their ancient system but they control the scripting there....looking like I have to use one of those visa agents.

I just had the same issue, tried everything, and ended up paying more for the 'privilege'. I love a good conspiracy theory, and it seems to me that if that site does not work, then the visa people get paid.

Ah well,

Ah, but even if you get past the picture problem you will find that the system will not accept your credit or debit card! You can try calling your local Saudi consulate and they may have someone who can help with the technical issues. I did this after several days of trying, finally got my picture accepted after using some recommended software to resize it. Having gotten that far, I found the system would not accept payment from any credit or debit card.

I doubt this has changed, since some Saudi prince likely has a monopoly on the visa service. You will most certainly need to pay for the visa processing service. The best advise is to just get your employer to agree to repay this expense.

This is the cheapest place I found to do the Enjazit online.

https://saudivisa.travisaoutsourcing.com/saudi/form

$39.50

Hopefully that helps someone.

which is exactly the place i went through too. the other places were almost fifteen bucks more, and i am shocked to learn that only $12.00 of that is for the form itself.

Gouge much people?

Yep, I think Saudi Arabia is the most complicated place to process a visa.

Also, you absolutely need Internet Explorer to properly do the Enjazit site and that is such an old system nobody uses it.

I couldn't get the Enjazit site to take my photos either. The agent I ended up contacting told me the site is deliberately broken, so that applicants have to go through agents. Of course, an agent would say that...

It gave me a first hint as to the kind of country I was going to be working in. The next hint was the long, slow and verbose recorded reading of the embassy website address, as the first thing you heard every time you called the Saudi embassy in London (a woman's voice, funnily enough). The website address they gave you was defunct. Argh! Saudi!!!
