| I don't trust them. I saw an ad for management positions of 3000 USD(+ package) a month so I sent them contact details. Guess what? they send me details of crappy jobs. |

I have had a lot of contact with two of the managers of RFT. They picked me up from the airport in Istanbul, gave me lunch and took me for an interview at a school. They are a real agency, and they are very helpful.
There were other interviews taking place while I was there, and I spoke with another very satisified teacher. There are no fees for teachers. Give RFT a try and see for yourself! |

| Just to set the record straight, I don't work for RFT. Im a 42 year old single mother of two and I've been busy trying to arrange my move from China to the Middle East, hence no time to post. I've worked in my share of dodgy places too, so I can understand the cynicism. I have nothing to gain by promoting RFT and in fact I didn't accept a job they offered me, but I always believe in credit where its due. They are a new agency, give them a try and see for yourself.... |

| So, aussiesinger, just curious, why did you turn down their offer? And why, in light of that, do you say to try them? |

Actually I'm recommending them as an agency because they do exist and they tried to find me a suitable job. You are recruited by an agency, you sign a contract with a school, so an agency are not actually your employer. But like I said, you have to judge for yourself. There are lots of agencies out there, with many jobs, and RFT are just one of them.
I turned down their job offer because a management role was offered to me, and at the time RFT didn't have the type of position I was looking for. And neither did any of the other agencies I am registered with for work in Turkey. The packages there aren't as good as other places, especially with 2 dependents, but RFT did negotiate for me and got me a better deal than I was originally offered to try and make the offer more acceptable. However I turned it down, and there are no hard feelings. End of story! |
