Yes. My hotel room had one. My fiancee's home had one (and they are poor). Several homes I visited had one. I saw them for sale in many different places. No problem on fridges.

No, fridges do not exist in Vietnam. There are also no cookers. People just have to rub two sticks together to start a fire to cook their food.

I concur with kh1311. Vietnam is a primitive country.

I have a relatively small one (belongs to me) in my home office , and then a larger one in the kitchen and then the super sweet big silver Electrolux (belongs to me as well) also in the kitchen. I've been collecting them and then my house came with one. So yes, there are fridges here. I also have two washing machines (one is 9 kilo) and the other is a front-loading Electrolux. And I've also got a dryer but I rarely use it.

You won't need any suntan lotion. You'll be cover with dust and smog which will protect you even from a bullet.

A mate of mine has the license to import Hawaiian Tropic and I've seen it in FiviMart. So no worries on the oil.
