Peace and prosperity for all people on earth.
A fortnight's holiday to spend with all my friends and family, wherever they may actually be right now. Including an old style Christmas day complete with Christmas stockings, tree, carols, holly etc.
A 100 book token and the opportunity to choose books in a really good bookshop.

These would be my choices. What are yours?

What do I want for Christmas? To be selfish -- my old job in Yemen back. Best job I've ever-- or probably ever will -- have/had.

For my son, that sleigh ride in Santa's sled he doesn't think I know about (he wrote it in a private letter to Santa).

To have some one develop a way to beam people where ever they want to go, so that those of us who are a 24 hour plane ride from home could go home AND go other places quickly!

Since that is unlikely, I want nice weather in Thailand and a masseuse who knows what she/he is doing!!

A 17" Apple PowerBook G4 with 80G memory, 1.33 Ghz and while we're at it, upgrade the SDRAM to 1 GB, ok Santa?

And peace on Earth.

It's very strange to look at Andre the Giant while reading dialog from Steve Jobs.

Peace on Earth would be great, as would Michael Moore for President of the USA. But, being the modest type, I'd settle for Halle Berry.

I'm still waiting for the last Harry Potter to come out in paperback.

1) A good man's love and devotion.

2) Bush not milking Saddam's capture for his own gain.

3) The ice rink in the "big city" nearby re-opening.
