You are absolutely correct to think that. 4 years post master's experience is ideal.
It's possible to have 'too much' post master's experience, and lazy interviewers / sifters might dwell on that.
Like you should have a Ph D.

No...that's why you asked about the UAE, right? 
From what you've said about yourself you should have a good chance of getting an interview.
