I think a government minister there said a few years ago that it is better for people to enjoy themselves with tobacco and alcohol etc. than be healthy and live longer? After all they don't have the facilities to care for them anyway!
(seems this also applies to the U.K. according to the latest reports on the NHS etc....) |
