I've had friends work with GABA without a degree (on working holiday visas).
If you are on a student visa, you might want to check out the number of hours you are allowed to work a week. It's pretty limited - 4 hours a day and a maximum of 20 hours a week from memory. You also need to have show you have enough money (around $20,000 or more in savings) to support yourself.
From memory, even with a student visa, I had to produce my degree for the jobs I had. I taught business English though so it might be possible that some of the smaller schools would be happy to take you on without it. |
