Through lazy in there somewhere though. Maybe- how can they find the laziest way to get a slight advantage without regard for the fairness to or safety of others |

Well, that is also a description of primitive human nature. It's not just in Vietnam, but almost all 3rd world countries. They usually think and operate that way. So you just have to be one step ahead of 'em, anticipating and preparing for these occasions. Don't ever let your guard down. |
