So what's the best way to get a job in Russia?

I've been an active member in the Egypt section, but my stay in Egypt is over and I'm investigating my options. Russia, specifically Moscow, looks like what I wanna do. So help me and tell me whether I should hire a recruiter or just show up and beat the streets or whatever, would ya?

Some direction? Please?
