We come back for Tet and I wish I could make the same money as Saigon but it just doesn't work out with my seminar business. I'd prefer to live a lot closer to Ba Na but I guess I'll have to hold off until retirement, whatever that is!

Christie's was torn down recently. I don't know if they're replacing it but I don't think too many tears were shed over it. It was popular back in the day when it was one of two pubs. I hadn't been there in 4 years and don't know anyone who went there in the recent past. Da Nang has grown up a bit--for the better. |

Yeah, Christi's isn't really that popular of a place anymore. It was before my time here. Danang's nightlife and bar scene has been expanding quite a lot. When I first moved here 2 years ago, it seemed like there were only 3 or 4 places to go if you wanted to meet up with people, but now there's many more. |
