Without going back and rereading about it. I believe that "kombinowac" perfectly describes that LIBOR scandal between the banks and London and the U.S. Weren't they using the time difference to change the exchange rates or some such, between opening hours of markets? Sounds like kombinowania to me, just simple street thugs makin' a livin' |
