Even if you were to apply to an Arab country on an "unmarked" passport, you would not be able to account for 23 years working in Israel - they will want to know your teaching experience, and you can't just cover up 23 years!
so, I think you can rule out any of the countries which forbid entry to those who have been to Israel. But you seem to have worked that out anyway.
