This is unlikely. Recruiters are in bed with the schools. If the recruiter can get the FTs for less, they get a shot at filling the next opening.
The FT may have had inadequate credentials. Believe it or not, some FTs aren't aware that there are pay scales. |

| This happened quite a long time ago back when qualifications to work here were not strict. It did happen however. If a recruiter could continue to take cash every month why would settle for a one time deal? |
