I care less what you think or believe. I happen to agree with the CFTU on a handful of subjects (dodgy agents, unpaid overtime, wages, etc) but I also disagree with the way they deal with other issues. For me it doesn't matter any more because I was deported and got a reentry ban. I am trying one last trick to get back in and if it don't work, China is ancient history for me.

What is it they do that you disagree with?

They are a bit too secretive and they withhold some key information for "members only" and to be frank, their web site is a dinosaur.

Juice, I'm interested in what kind of trickery you've got in store for the Chinese authorities. Getting around a re-entry ban won't be easy.

QUESTION: In your opinion, is it acceptable for forums to run ads for schools or agents when dozens of users on that same forum and others within the esl/tefl industry report and document being swindled by that school or agent?

Should that school or agent be allowed to advertise in a misleading way (ie by using multiple company aliases, different web sites, and dozens of email addresses)?

Take the company that screwed me over for example. My recruiter hooked me under the name of Total ESL but when my contract arrived I learned it was really China ESL and they both had ads running at echinacities.com, thebeijinger.com, and shexpat.com with different emails addresses and people to contact.

Id like to withdraw that comment after seeing all the threads he created. I feel for him, but come on.
