Our job ads always include a base salary level or salary range for the positions offered.

There are factors that can add to that base (additional qualifications or experience that are relevant) so the offered base is essentially the floor for salaries for any particular position.

Nobody will make less in that position.
There are some who will make more (based on any number of other factors - primarily your value to us beyond the simple baseline).

When you say, 'our', you mean your school where you work? No need to tell us which school, but could you please tell us what type of school? Public middle school, language center, etc.?

The school where I am one of the admin staff and I am responsible (final say) for hiring.

Thailand, K-12, private school, Thai (not international) school license, bilingual program. 60 foreign faculty, 100 Thai faculty + support staff.
