I'm surprised the teacher wasn't arrested for assaulting one of the "little emperors" in a land where parents frown upon even a spanking and think giving a kid a time out in a corner is an offensive "loss of face". Two years ago my friend was fired for disciplining a student by making him write on the whiteboard - "Today is my last day as a lazy student. I will never sleep in class again" 100 times.
