| Some of the staff at my MOM college tell me that exactly the same form came round 3-4 years ago.....with the explanation that it was needed for 'security' reasons-if they came back asking the same employees to supply documents again, after 3-4 years you have to ask yourself what kind of security the MOM has-that it can lose all the info + paperwork! Some of us were very reticent about completing the forms-particularly when we read that it was an application for employment with the ministry. After all, MOM direct hires only make 1000 OMR per month-considerably less that the agencies pay....but by the time the Ministry gets it's shit together and processes this transfer-agency to direct hire, I will hopefully be long gone. For now-it's business as usual with TATI and the like.... |

I used to collate the information being discussed each year. Once I cross-checked it with the previous year and the discrepancies were amazing! |
