Oh....the ipads where we had to note down the serial numbers etc, sign a document that we accept responsibility for the Ipad. Apple TV in each classroom. The writing and speaking milestones take a bit of time testing and scoring. Some classes the material is just too easy and one might need supplementary material, this depends on the trainees ......anyway the SM looks good during an observation. The Ipad does beat carting a load of books around. Equally, the standard of trainee being accepted has gotten better, tier 1 and 2 which makes classroom management a lot easier and the trainees are more engaged. Anyway that's just my own experience, but then what do I know?....... I'm just here for the money.   |
