Skyperfectv is a home satellite company ala Directv in the U.S. You need to buy the 18-inch dish and decoder box. I pay about 10,000 yen a month, but I ordered the Major League Season package. Depending on what channels you subscribe to, pay-per-view events, etc. it can be much cheaper or more expensive. Check out www.skyperfectv.co.jp (there is an English link)
