| Rowdy is right. The BoC put me and my girlfriend into a luxury flat right slap-bang on top of the 'Window on the World' ethnic theme park place thingy. Apparently it was actually built by a Hong Kong company using some Chinese labourers. No wonder the quality is so good. |
