Eagle Eye if it helps I know someone who earns 4500 and sends home 3000 and lives it up eating out and drinking plenty.

Theory says the situation should be even better for a couple sharing.

Pay is also determined by the expense of living in the area you are going to, you should post with questions about that area.

I have recently done my TESOL course and job hunting and offers has indicated that 4500 to 5500 is around the mark but again it depends on the cost of the area.

Dont forget to also as part of your pay to ASK for what you want like a computer, internet provider, TV, DVD player ect as they will not ask you.

Us 'Westerners' get used to Motels for instance luring us with TV, Video's ect and its easy to think that this will be an automatic thing but my finding is that it most certainly isnt, ASK !!

I suspect that some schools have a budget for you and if they dont supply something someone gets to pocket that money meant for you.

If you are going as a couple then ask for more as it costs them less to accomodate a couple compared to 2 individuals maybe 5200 for the difference.
