Dear Dr. P. Otus:

As much as I respect your wisdom and insightfullness, I object to your feable attempt to assasisnate the fine intellectual scholarship and character of the late great MW. He contributed greatly to the intellectual debate herein while you appear to be more bent toward continual criticism.

MW said in one of his now immortalized famous posts that it is easier to criticize than to create.

I have reviewed your posts and there just does not appear to be any creativity in your penmanship.

You appear more like the sandlot bully who kicks sand in the face of those weaker and less fortunate.

Please do misunderstand me, I show you great respect. I point out my observations so that you know my weakness in advance and will not hold it against me.

I wish to continue to play in your sandbox but do not like sand kicked in my face.

Thank you for your compasionate understanding of my plea for peace and harmony.

I once worked with a Chinese English teacher in central China who had taken the Band 4 test 12 times; the Band 8 test 14 times; and the band 6 test 3 times. He never failed the test, not once.

And, he only charged 5,000 rmb to take the test for anyone who needed a passing score. Of course, he did not get to keep the entire 5,000 for himself. There was the 1,000 to the test monitor, 1,000 to the test facility, and the commission to the person who procured the test candidate who needed the test taking stand in.
