Many teachers do sign these contracts across China, according to this forum, colleagues and other teachers I meet on my travels. We have all heard post-horror stories which they regale us with. This creates problems for ALL teachers - and I've said it before and I'll say it again - stop f*cking up the job market.
I really appreciate the replies, which were posted by the ones in the know and who are more clued up - but they all probably reinforce what some of us already know about the Chinese and contracts:
They're worth Jack and Sh*t - and Jack just left town. |
