Whoooaaaaa, hold on there. I don't work in a language school, never have done and never will do. With the greatest respect to all of you out there plying your trade in this kind of organisation, the lifestyle just ain't my bag. I'm a happy 9 to 5, mon to fri kind of person, who also likes at least 6 weeks of summer to myself.

I wasn't trying to create some new job title, some kind of vice DOS if you will, so please don't deliberate on this too much. I doubt you'll see it on any job postings. I think it originated in a place where I worked. There was already a POR acronym for some other task, so this was given to people who took it upon themselves to do more paperwork, etc for a pittance of a pay increase.

Why don't you just admit you wrote POS instead of POR?

Just in case you were worried: I got my passport and an extended Ikhamet so I'm OK to travel on Sunday. Hooray!
I don't know what they did with the extra photos though.

Looking forward to being at Stamford Bridge for the first time in about 35 years and seeing Ian Mckellen (Gandalf) as the Widow Twanky in panto.

Iyi Bayramlar everybody!
