thanks for all the responses. mostly I was worried about my wife who loves seafood esp. shellfish.

My Mum actually knew someone that had got mercury poisoning in Japan so that was her concern.

I wouldn't have though that dolphin and tuna would look at all similar, I'd imagined (having never seen Flipper steak) it would look more like other mammal meat - and taste like chicken.
