Mmm-hmmm...you must have found the one I would have referred you to seeing as how there can't be that many about at a price like that.
It is the hiring time but remember there will be a million hitches in which people will get hired. What I mean is some folks don't work out or take a number of offers and bail on some, good as time as any if not better I think.
