| I wish I would have thought about overtime in the way you figured it. My school only offers 50rmb for OT hours worked. My contract is for 18 PERIODS (not hours) at regular pay. When I first came back to school this past fall, they had me scheduled for 19 periods per week. I didn't want the overtime and I told them the pay was too low. I countered with 120rmb per hour, they said too much, but did not counteroffer. We probably could have agreed on around 90. Ah, well. |
