I got a rejection letter from ECC's in-Japan recruiting email address ([email protected]) saying that they've got all their teachers for the year, so they won't hire domestically at all right now (see below for attached email). Should that be taken at its word, or should I look into alternate ways to apply through them? Not sure if that's just Mr. Watari's opinion, or a real fact.

ECC's staffing needs are met by our overseas representatives, and based upon
our past trend and business needs, we have already recruited enough
teachers for new academic year, which started in April. As such, we are not
holding any domestic hiring sessions at the moment.
