How bizarre! mike w's apparent threat of litigation, to which I had been responding, seems to have disappeared without a trace.

Very bizarre indeed!!

After all. it was an open letter to the moderators just pointing out that the comments from another poster were slanderous and a personal character assassination, and had the potential to lead to litigation.

My post was not an attack on anybody, merely an observation.
