Well I'm glad I could give someone a chortle, Johnslat. Laughing Tongue was firmly planted in cheek for that one. Wink

@Steiner...Just for you, I am going to find the biggest Canada flag I can on the web and post it on every thread July 1st. Twisted Evil Hell, I'm even going to put Canada stickers all over my backpack, on every wall of every room in my house, and even on both cheeks of my @$$. Laughing

I'm disgruntled with father's day. I shell out good money quite often for barbie, levi's, Disney vcd's, "slim shadey" cd's etc etc. ad nauseum. What do I get in return? A crummy hand made card and a tie-dyed t-shirt. ahahah. (I guess It could be worse.. we used to give my dad the entire brut collection!)
Just joking. This was my first father's day. My two step-daughters(6 and 16 years old) made me breakfast in bed, took me to a nice restaurant for lunch, and yes.. I did get a tie-dyed t-shirt and a homemade card. The latter is worth more to me than anything they could have possibly bought. I think the fact that I actually wear the shirt means alot to them. Then again, at the age of 32 I suppose it is something. A Turkish guy my age wouldn't even think of wearing something that bright!
I can proudly say that after 4 years in the military and 5 years in ESL, I have yet to forget any of the "important days". I put a shirt, a bottle of aftershave and a card in the mail for dad awhile back.

Misterkodak (who loves his daughters, dad, his tie-dyed and hawaiian shirts!)
