Did you know that you could find "iskembe corbasi" in other European countries as well, but under a different name obviously? |

It's just garlicky tripe soup, well served in France and probably Spain. And kokore� is just a chopped up and spiced up and fried up tripe-- I'm sure the scots at least have a boiled version of it (come on dmb, rear your head! where have you been lately?). I'm not...errr.... a huge fan of these delicacies but I can say that I have eaten scarier (and less hygienic) foodstuffs in EU countries. Turkey and its intestinal cuisine will be fine. |
