I had some gorgeous Armenian prosciutto the other night

From what one gathered in Kayseri, one thought you did not indulge in meat?

How many times a week does Yaramaz eat meat?

Here in Taiwan, ghost really misses the food in Turkey. In Taiwan, it is the same old stuff every day - and of all the Asian countries in the region, Taiwan is known to have the least appetizing food - much of it fatty - and the Taiwanese always have this nasty tendency of throwing a bunch of pork fat onto many of the dishes they serve, even when you ask for a vegetarian dish!

Ghost got very ill one night, and thought it was going to die from some sort of food poisoning following a late night meal at a restaurant which served noodles with some sort of gravy and pork fat thrown in.

Ghost misses the simple dishes like a tasty bowl of soup with bread, or the fasulye, and the vegetarian dishes cooked in olive oil, available in Turkey.

BTW. Taiwan imports Ulker cookies from Turkey! Strange, but true, and they even have them in the snack bar at the High School ghost teaches in, although ghost is careful about its diet now, it did binge the other day, wolfing down a whole packet after a class in which the Taiwanese students were unresponsive and passive (a problem in this culture, for most teachers). This tendency to binge is a classic response to a stressful situation, and teachers are no exception.

Regret?

Surely Ghost means miss.

No doubt Yaramaz gets meat regularly.
