If you get arrested, seek professional legal help ASAP and don't admit to anything.
I'm a little credulous at the claim that foreign lawyers are working at Tobans. Its incredibly difficult to get certified as a lawyer in Japan and from what I've read almost no foreigners have passed the bar exam in Japan. |

| Actually I believe this is all their permitted to do. They just give advice and make contacts for you. A japanese lawyer will have to handle the actual court case. There is a special course and test a non-japanese lawyer can take to be able to Toban. If you research this Im sure you will come across the same article that I did. |
