CJ750, you've posed this question twice and I'm sorry no one has responded. The only comment I've seen on this matter has been from Middy, I think, who said he had never heard of either a school or a teacher having to pay a penalty through this clause. I think Keath might know something; maybe you could give him a pm and ask him to make a post if he has any information.

I have re-negotiated a contract after signing. I didn't mean to imply that it can't be done, just that it is doubtful the school will be willing unless there is a really good reason.
