Juke box asides what would you want for your school? Obviously small classes with computer access in every classroom. A library with original books( not dodgy photocopies). Electronic whiteboards... oh the list goes on and the longer the list the more you eat into your profits.
I know of two teachers who started their own school. The first went bankrupt, the second took two years before he made a profit.
Not an easy thing to do.

Ah, let's not leave the jukebox aside and it has to have De La Soul on it! Electronic whiteboards, live internet connections in the classrooms, etc., are great teaching aids, but a good business plan pays the majority of attention to cash flow, and balances capital costs against income. Sure it's hard to start a language school that makes money, just as it's hard to start any successful small business, but with planning and close attention to the market, I think it can be done.

Hey, whynotme-- wanna open a school? Can we have Misfits and the Doors in the jukebox too?

You be the business manager, I'll be the DJ.

thanks for the offer but running a business is not for me . I know a lot about these things but i prefer to be in the classroom and just concentrate on what i am teaching, instead of the leaking taps or the silly documents.

No, you use boardmarkers but then you can print off what you have written on the w/board.
