If a teacher is unhappy with a school, we should assume...
the school is probably guilty of at the very worst misleading the teacher about conditions and compensation.

a recruiter was likely to blame for promising more than the poor, victimized, under appreciated school could offer.

the post was undoubtedly a bit of slander from some devious rival school or recruiter.

the teacher is a wuss and can't hack it.

the teacher is an American and would never be able to hack it so why bother.

Hmmm, garbotara, "treat people well and they will stay...", really?

Are you by any chance trying to imply that all FTs are loyal and hard-working employees that only wish to serve the Chinese students?

Every time they get drunk it is the Chinese employer's fault?
Every time one of them throws a temper tantrum it is because of a Chinese person provoking the FT?
Every time they walk out and into another job it is because they had been treated as slaves?

Show me the legions of totally innocent FTs thus treated, garbotara!

if the teacher works hard turns up on time, and the school gives him crap and makes life difficlut for the teacher.theacher has everyright to be unhappy and leave.

but if the teacher complains about every little thing and doesnt do his job well the school should let the teacher know to sort your crap out or byebye.

if you have to say somthing try and call a meeting with the boss and talk about the problem in an adult way.

i think if we complaine alot it looks bad for us and it doesnt get you anywhere.most times you cant change anything this is china.
