If you want an easier way of doing it without changing your clock and rerouting your IP, a better way to do it is :

If you use firefox, go in Tools--> Options...

- Then, Click on the "advanced" Tab . Then in languages, click on "Edit languages". Make sure english (en-[name of the country you're from] is on top of the list, then whatever language you speak that you want to have shown before japanese.

Next time you connect to some international webpage, it will look at what languages you want to have your webpages shown and should transfer you to the right page. (My girlfriend had all her pages in canada transferred to japanese sites).

Pretty much same thing for IExplorer. Go into Tools ---> Internet options. On that main page select languages and do the same as above.

There you go, I think it should do the trick
