Saitama's Konosu center is NPA staffed Glenski, can smell it when you walk in.

I could be a case of failing only by very few points which means
a. There are enough minor things you are doing wrong that you don't know about and they are adding up to just enough so that one even smallish mistake is tipping you over the edge
b. You may not be properly "prepared" in the sense that you are unaware of the expectations of the test. If there are pamphlets or a book of some sort, it might be useful to get it. Some things which may seem like common sense are just different rules for different places.
c. If you are a seasoned driver, you may have ingrained habits which they teach against at driving school. If so, lay your hands on the trash of a high school student who has just finished his/her training and get the books for free (kidding about that one!) |

Smelling them (ie, suspecting that they are there) and seeing uniformed police officers conducting the behing-the-wheel tests are two different things. |

Geeze, I have been there enough times and it is a known fact Glenski.
Besides they are wearing uniforms, albeit sans weapons.
Perhaps, we could instead discuss your ideas on sending our kids to school here, you know, subject them to it, knowing what we know about Japanese schools and society in general.
Seems that being an ex-patriot there is always the option of forming an exit strategy and relocating, but would it be any different?
Nice and sunny there today? Sure is here!

Jeez....please stay on topic. Now, Glenski is right. What do the fuzz have to do with you failing your driving test? The examiner didn't have a gun, did he/she? Were you nervous? Were the examiner's questions short enough for you? Did you practice enough? You put the information out there, and we thought a portion of it was silly. If you would put some more thoughts into your questions or comments, or better yet, make them understandable to more people than yourself, you would probably get more helpful information to your problems.

You made a remark about how you hate cops and made it pretty clear they had something to do with you failing to pass your test. Then you backtracked and started saying you didn't say anything to suggest that they had anything to do with it.
What is an "ex-patriot" by the way? Someone who once loved their country? |
