| I'm the OP. The time of the desired phone interview clashed with lessons I am teaching so I emailed back and suggested alternative times. Two weeks and three emails later I have heard NOTHING! I have now found employment elsewhere. Add the name of the HR Assistant to that of the incompetent secretary. |

Sorry for the confusion and thanks to NK for the clarification. I was of course writing about IAT. I wonder if the incompetent secretary and the HR assistant are one and the same person  Judging by these stories, she might have been a direct transfer from HCT sent to spread their "high level of expertise and professionalism"  |
