Hey E! By the same token does that lengthy post reflect your lifestyle ? I think most of those of us who post here can identify with some or most of the points mentioned ,go on be smug and tell us that it doesn't apply to you as well .
Sometimes the only way you can offload is to have a moan ,maybe in the vain hope someone somewhere may give the kind of response that gives you a lift .Clearly YOU are not one of those people .

as the greeks said: everything in moderation.
in a bi polar universe constantly shifting forces first defign the middle and then move back and forth across it, never staying in one spot for very long and always being effected by other conflicts.
for this reason moderation is a difficult proposition. excess is much easier, especially when there are no real consequences.
like on an internet forum where nobody knows who they are talking to.
