| I think it would be good to get in touch with a doctor there anyways, if only for gynecology (pap tests) related purposes. Would also be helpful to know what sort of pills you could get in an emergency and couldn't wait a week. |

| i found it easy to find a nice, english-speaking gynaecologist. (good to know if you ever need the morning-after pill). i have heard that japanese docs are more likely to prescribe the pill for western women (who are apparently irretrievably sl.utty anyway) than for japanese women, but i don't know for sure. |

Probably not helpful to most of you, but if you are going to Korea for any reason or know anyone here...
We get them for around 600 yen a pack, no prescription. Just go to any pharmacy and ask for Mercilon. |
