Dear Jammish,
I can't believe what you wrote! Last year in Southern China there was extensive, extensive flooding because of the heavy rains...extensive...
in some cities the water was 1 1/2 meters deep...
In ChangSha, it rained S T E A D Y from December 1, 2005 until March 20, 2006. Then it let up for TWO days and rained again for another two weeks straight.
I mean frankly, where are you? Just look at the weather reports for almost all of Southern China. In Chengdu it rains nearly 5 out of 7 days. In ChangSha, last winter, there was flooding, roofs collapsed, etc., etc.
So I am at a loss as to how you made such a call. Please explain.
