Absolutely, and I hope my comment didn't indicate otherwise. I think the thread we had (which you referred to) is something everyone should read. It gives a balanced account.

It's also worth mentioning that despite the possibility, there haven't been more than PERHAPS one or two cases over the years.

Working outside of your work permit, at another school, is a much greater risk, in my opinion. THAT is not something that people talk about very much.
It's something that a number of people were deported for last year.
