Best Pizza in China? How close is your toaster oven? If you can't make better on your own than you can find in the over-priced pizza-shops, then you don't deserve a thin crust and extra cheese.
Good beer? How close is the local Metro (with its dazzling array of high end consumer goods and discouraging prices)?
Clean air? How close is Canada?

Alas, Theakstones is no more, it has become Black Sheep. For you coming out of the Black Country this should present no problem. Just wear your wellies, However Taylors Landlord is readily available in copious quantities.

The air in Dalian isn't bad. Mind you, it depends upon the day. One day it can feel terrible, but then you will get 4-5 days of uninterrupted blue skies.

It's certainly vastly better than WUhan though

Because of the prevailing wind that blows 364 days out of 365/366 in the year!
That is unless your classroom is downwind of the local chimneys stacks and cooling towers belching forth unfiltered unregulated smoke. Purely a local phenomenon I've been told, that doesn't negate the fact that Dalian is that "very beautiful coastal city in the N.E. of China"

Good point Matsol although as I understand it, hybrids get their electricity by using generators as brakes.
