Sorry, the term Westernized Chinese sounds awful. Actually I think its used a lot in HK, but I mean Native English Speaking Chinese angle. I doubt many locals could spot the difference between Educated Filipino English and Native English but you would have to watch the written English as in my experience that is where many Filipinos have a few problems. I notice Filipino singers often seem to have a problem with 'th' and 'd' for what it's worth. It would be interesting to know what specific pronunciation problems Filipino English speakers have.
